What is included when we seal your pavers?
We go through a very extensive cleaning process to ensure that your pavers are clean and in the best shape to accept our sealer. We first start with an algaecide treatment, followed closely by a topical surface clean. After this we use a rotary nozzle to get any weeds or old sand out of the cracks. Following this we spray for any rust and then lastly we use a prep treatment that etches the pavers for better adhesion of the sealer! This method stays true to all of the areas that we serve including Viera, Melbourne, Rockledge and surrounding areas.

Standard Seal
Our Standard Seal is meant to be budget friendly and is for pavers that are well maintained, if your pavers are needing a refresh of sealer, our standard package is right for you. Or if you are just looking to spruce up your pavers our standard seal will be your choice.

As mentioned above, we have a thorough cleaning process for all of our packages as that is standard. With the Standard Seal, you will receive sand touchup, and a flood coat of sealer, giving you an excellent appearance and curb appeal to make your neighbors go "wow!"
Premium Seal
The Premium Seal is our number one seller on our list. This package includes everything that our Standard Seal includes, but add on one more layer of protection with an additional coat our of high grade sealer.
This second coat adds on life, protection, and durability to your now sealed pavers, giving better color enhancement and sheen as well. You cannot go wrong with the Premium Seal!
Platinum Seal
The Platinum Seal is for those looking to have the most protection and shine available. With 3 coats of sealer this is sure to last and protect against the elements. This package is for those looking to have their space look the best, while protecting their investment for years to come.
How do we price your project?
Pricing is based on Sq Ft size. We use a device that measures and maps out your project to give us the most accurate measurement, long gone are the days of using a wheel and a pencil, where some contractors use this method and fudge false numbers, we do not!
Concierge Pool Service
While we try our best while working near a pool to keep dirt and debris out, sometimes it is inevitable for dirt and grime to get into the pool, that is where our concierge pool services comes into play. At just $150 we will have our partnered pool service come out to thoroughly clean the pool once we are finished, while also adjusting the chemicals in your pool to make sure your back in the water in no time!
